We are located across the street from The Nut House (they have large letters on the front of their building; between 12 Corners and Highland Avenue.

From the West

I-490 East to Monroe Avenue (Rt 31) exit. Turn right (go south) on Monroe Avenue, continue for 9/10 mile, we are on the right.

 

From East

I-590 to Exit 1 - Winton Road. Turn right (go north) for 1.6 miles to 12 Corners, pass Elmwood Avenue, then turn left on Monroe Avenue. Continue on Monroe Avenue for 1/2 mile, we are on the left, OR

I-490 West to Monroe Avenue (Rt. 31) exit. Turn left (go south) on Monroe Avenue, continue for 9/10 mile, we are on the right.

FROM NYC/STAMFORD VIA I-95 NORTH

• Take I-95 NORTH to Exit 27A

• Follow signs for Route 8 NORTH & get off Rte.8N Exit 12



FROM EXIT 12

• Go Left off ramp & go straight through 2 traffic lights & go up hill.

• Go Left onto Research Drive

• 1/4 mile up on Left is One Reservoir Corporate Center / 4 Research Drive, 4th Floor - Suite 404



FROM NYC / STAMFORD VIA MERRITT PARKWAY-ROUTE 15 NORTH

• Take Merritt Pkwy.Route 15 NORTH to Exit 52 onto Route 8 NORTH.

• Get off Exit 12 &

• follow directions above from Exit 12.



FROM NEW HAVEN VIA I-95 SOUTH

• Get off Exit 27A to Route 8 NORTH

• Take Exit 12 off Route 8 &

• follow directions above.



FROM NEW HAVEN VIA MERRITT PARKWAY-ROUTE 15 SOUTH

• Take Exit 52 off Merritt

to Route 8 NORTH

• Take Exit 12 off Rte.8 North &

• follow directions above from Exit 12.



FROM DANBURY / WATERBURY via I84 EAST or WEST

• Take I84 to Route 8 SOUTH

• Take Exit 12 off Rte.8 South & go RIGHT off ramp.

• Go straight through traffic light & up hill.

• Go Left onto Research Drive
